Image-Line

Image-Line, based in Ghent, Belgium, makes the FL Studio digital audio workstation and related plugins and the FL Cloud service. FL Studio is sold as perpetual editions with lifetime free updates, or through a rent-to-own payment plan.

  1. FL Studio is sold in Fruity, Producer, Signature Bundle and All Plugins editions, all including Lifetime Free Updates to the purchased edition, and users can upgrade to a higher edition by paying the price difference.[1]

  2. Under the Rent-to-Own PLUS plan, FL Studio is owned permanently after 12 monthly payments, while FL Cloud continues until cancelled.[2]

  3. The FL Studio trial is fully functional and does not expire, but saved projects cannot be reopened until a paid edition is unlocked.[3]

  4. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, for a single person using the software personally on one or more computers; licences obtained through a payment plan are temporary and month-to-month until paid.[4]

  5. Users may not resell, lend, gift or transfer any Image-Line software licence, registration or unlock key, or Image-Line account.[5]
