- Continuous Support model (IFS Cloud and CE). IFS Cloud and Customer Engagement releases are supported for a fixed period after GA (24 months and 12 months), with the latest four (Cloud) or two (CE) releases current and no Extended Support. [1]
- Standard, Extended and Restricted Support model. IFS Applications, Field Service Management and Planning and Scheduling Optimization releases move from Standard Support to paid Extended Support (up to three years where offered) and then Restricted Support until retirement. [1]
- Retirement of Products and Releases. IFS retires releases at the end of their support period and announces IFS Cloud end dates on the IFS Community at least 12 months in advance. [1]

IFS Planning and Scheduling Optimization 2 versions
