ICE Mortgage Technology

ICE Mortgage Technology, formerly Ellie Mae and part of Intercontinental Exchange, provides mortgage software including the Encompass loan origination system and the MSP servicing system. Customers subscribe to hosted services under a Master Services Agreement or Encompass SaaS or Success Based Pricing agreements with published addenda.

  2. The Technical Support Addendum forms part of the customer's Master Services Agreement, Encompass Success Based Pricing Agreement or Encompass SaaS Agreement with ICE Mortgage Technology.[2]

  3. ICE Mortgage Technology commits to making its hosted services available 99.5% of the time, measured monthly and averaged over each calendar quarter, excluding planned downtime windows.[3]

  4. Partners subscribe to the Platform Service and may not reverse engineer, copy, transfer or use Integration Information to build a competing product or bypass the Platform Service.[4]
