IDA plans are split into commercial use (IDA Pro Essential and Expert plans), individual non-commercial use (IDA Home) and education providers; IDA Free is offered at no cost.[1]
IDA is sold as yearly subscriptions with a minimum commitment of one year, with optional 2- or 3-year terms; decompilers are part of the subscription packages and cannot be bought separately.[2]
A named user licence lets one identified user install IDA on up to three computers belonging to or controlled by the licensee, using it on only one computer at a time.[3]
A computer licence permits installation and use on one fixed physical or virtual computer; a floating licence allows installation on any number of computers with one concurrent use per licence.[4]
The EULA grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the software.[5]
