GRAITEC

GRAITEC develops structural analysis and BIM software such as Advance Design and PowerPack add-ins for Autodesk products, and also resells Autodesk software. Its own products are activated with a serial number and activation code, including network licences served from a licence server.

  1. A GRAITEC network licence is installed on a computer configured as a licence server, which allocates licences to client workstations running the product.[1]

  2. Network licences can be borrowed from the company licence server for offline use on another computer for up to 30 days, reducing the number of licences available on the server during that time.[2]

  3. GRAITEC offers 30-day free trials of Advance Design, GRAITEC STEEL, File Sync and its PowerPack plugins, and 15-day trials of Ideate Software add-ons.[3]

  4. Under its Students & Lecturers Program, GRAITEC provides free educational licences to students and institutions for Advance Design and StrucSoft, and a 15% discount for young professionals, subject to programme conditions.[4]

  5. Licence numbers are emailed to the person declared as account administrator; Autodesk software bought through GRAITEC is managed through the customer's Autodesk account.[5]
