GoTo

GoTo makes cloud communications and collaboration software, including GoTo Connect, GoTo Meeting and GoTo Webinar, and IT management and remote support products sold under the LogMeIn brand. Services are sold as subscriptions measured by the use levels (for example users or organizers) set out in each order.

  1. Customers agree to use the Services within the use levels by which GoTo measures, prices and offers them, as set out in the Order or Service Descriptions.[1]

  2. After the Initial Term, Services renew automatically for terms of the same length unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current term ends.[2]

  3. Customers are responsible for configuring account settings to prevent unauthorized provisioning of users, licences, devices or phone numbers that may result in additional charges.[3]

  4. GoTo Meeting Professional and Business plans are priced per organizer per month, billed annually, with 150 and 250 participants respectively; Enterprise pricing is through sales.[4]

  5. GoTo Connect is offered as Phone System, Customer Experience (CX), CX Complete and Contact Center plans, with pricing through a sales representative.[5]

  6. LogMeIn Resolve, a GoTo product, is offered in Starter, Advanced and Complete plans priced per endpoint per month, billed annually, with a minimum of 25 endpoints.[6]
