Licensing at a Glance

  • Subscription
  • Named user

  1. RealmJoin is billed per user with no setup or base fees, and a subscription covers up to ten devices per user.[1]

  2. A user is every user with an Intune licence in the organisation, counted as the highest number during the term; one subscription covers one organisation.[2]

  3. RealmJoin subscriptions start at 1,000 users per organisation and are offered only to professional customers.[3]

  4. RealmJoin is offered in Apps and Enterprise editions in tiers of 1,000 to 10,000 included users, with a fee for additional users and monthly or annual billing.[4]

  5. RealmJoin can be bought directly or through Microsoft with an Azure subscription (Pay-As-You-Go or Enterprise Agreement).[5]

  6. Custom packaging for organisation-specific apps is sold as credits: a new package uses one credit and an update half a credit, while updates of store packages are free.[6]
