G.D.G. Software

G.D.G. Software is a French publisher of Windows developer and publishing tools such as HTML Executable, ExeOutput for PHP, XLS Padlock, VBA Padlock and Paquet Builder, plus free utilities such as GSplit. Its commercial tools are sold as perpetual licences with 12 months of maintenance included.

  1. HTML Executable is sold in Personal (EUR 45.95) and Professional (EUR 99.95) editions, each as a lifetime licence with no royalty fee and 12 months of maintenance (free minor and major upgrades) included.[1]

  2. After the first year, maintenance renewal is optional; customers keep all versions obtained during the maintenance period, and upgrades after a lapse cost 85% of the new licence price.[2]

  3. One end-user licence may be activated on three computers at the same time, provided the registered (named) user is the only person working with the licence; a deactivation facility allows transfer to another computer.[3]

  4. An optional "No Branding" add-on (EUR 50) removes the "Built with HTML Executable" marks from generated publications.[4]

  5. GSplit is a free file splitter that may be distributed, installed and used free of charge, including for commercial purposes.[5]
