  1. Docklight and Docklight Scripting are sold as lifetime Single Computer Licenses and lifetime (perpetual) Company Licenses; list prices are EUR 69 and EUR 590 for Docklight and EUR 128 and EUR 1,180 for Docklight Scripting, excluding VAT.[1]

  2. A Company License allows an unlimited number of installations at one company location, under terms that differ from the Single Computer License Agreement.[2]

  3. The Docklight Scripting upgrade license is only valid on a computer, or with a Company License, that already has a Docklight license.[3]

  4. The Docklight DLL Automation API is sold as a lifetime DLL/Runtime License that allows redistribution as a necessary part of the licensee's own application, provided the application is not a generic serial or network communications tool.[4]

  5. Online orders are fulfilled by FastSpring as seller and contractual partner, with license keys delivered by email.[5]
