FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) provides banking, payments, capital markets and wealth software and services to financial institutions and businesses. Its software and services are contracted through order forms that incorporate the published FIS Terms and Conditions and related documents.

- Enterprise agreement
The FIS Terms and Conditions (FTCs), formerly FIS Standard Terms, form the basis of the contractual relationship with FIS when referenced in ordering documents for certain FIS software or services.[1]
Unless otherwise agreed, the Global or Regional version of the FTCs in effect on the Order Effective Date applies; regional versions exist for the United States, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Latin America and Brazil.[2]
The FIS Standard Support Services document, when referenced in an agreement, forms part of it and describes the support FIS commits to provide; the applicable version is the one dated in the agreement.[3]
Additional incorporated terms apply to certain FIS software and services, including third-party terms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, Qlik, Progress Software and SYBASE end-user terms.[4]
