Finastra was formed in 2017 by the integration of Misys and D+H under Vista Equity Partners.[1]
Universal Banking solutions can be adopted as SaaS, cloud, hybrid or on-premise deployments from a single code base; the code base for on-premise deployments is the same as for cloud.[2]
Payments as a Service is delivered in a SaaS deployment model on the Azure technology stack with a pay-as-you-grow pricing model, and includes regulatory, scheme and compliance updates as part of the service.[3]
Finastra Lending Cloud Service provides Finastra's lending and trade functionality in the cloud, powered by IBM and NTT Data, with outsourced technology maintenance and predictable, outcome-based pricing.[4]
