FGSV Verlag

FGSV Verlag publishes the technical regulations of the German Road and Transportation Research Association (FGSV) in print and digitally through the FGSV Reader software and the browser-based FGSV WebReader. Digital access is licensed per user, either for individual titles or as annual package subscriptions.

  1. Access to the FGSV WebReader requires a licence; package licences are sold as subscriptions with a minimum term of one year starting from the order date.[1]

  2. Access is by web login with a personalised user e-mail address and password, or by IP address for Premium package subscribers with five or more users.[2]

  3. Individual digital regulations cost the same as the print edition, and one copy must be purchased per user.[3]

  4. From 2027 the installed FGSV Reader software is being phased out in favour of the WebReader; existing licences receive a final annual invoice, remain valid to the end of the subscription year and are then not renewed.[4]
