Fed Reporter
Fed Reporter, Inc. makes regulatory reporting software for US banks, credit unions and holding companies, including Call Report, FR Y-9 and CECL tools. Its software is licensed for a one-year term that must be renewed, with the number of licences purchased determining the servers and workstations it may be installed on.
Licensing at a Glance
- Subscription
- Site or enterprise-wide
Unless the invoice provides otherwise, the licence is effective for one calendar year from the date the customer first receives the software and expires unless renewed and purchased for further one-year terms.[1]
The licence is non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and allows installation on a network server and/or multiple workstations for each entity depending on the number of licences purchased or authorised by Fed Reporter.[2]
The licence prohibits renting, selling, sublicensing or transferring the software, providing access to or using it for the benefit of third parties, and circumventing its licence key mechanism.[3]
Fed Reporter provides and licenses the software for use in the United States and its territories, and its support obligations are limited to the current version.[4]
Fed Reporter announced that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Regnology.[5]
