Exacq Technologies
Exacq Technologies develops the exacqVision video management system software and sells network video recorders and servers that run it. exacqVision Professional and Enterprise are licensed per camera, with an optional Software Subscription Agreement for ongoing software updates.

exacqVision Professional uses per-camera licensing with no base server fee, and IP camera licences can be added at any time.[1]
exacqVision Professional includes one year of free software updates, or three years when bought on exacqVision NVRs.[2]
exacqVision Enterprise is also licensed per camera with no base server fee and includes one year of free software updates (three years on exacqVision NVRs).[3]
A Software Subscription Agreement (SSA) lets customers update to the newest exacqVision version to gain new camera support and features without buying new hardware; Exacq provides an SSA calculator.[4]
