Everway describes itself as formerly n2y and Texthelp.[1]
Read&Write paid plans for K-12 and higher education start from $2.75 per seat, and K-12 teachers can get a free premium Read&Write account.[2]
A Read&Write subscription gives access across Windows, Mac, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, iOS and Android.[3]
Everway grants a limited-term, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence without sublicensing rights for Authorized Users to use the products in the Quotation during the term, solely for the customer's internal business operations.[4]
Fixed terms with auto-renewal renew for successive 12-month periods unless the customer gives written notice at least 30 days before the end of the term.[5]
Customers must allow Everway or its designated auditor to audit compliance, and any underpayment found must be paid at the Quotation prices.[6]
