Enumerate

Enumerate, the trading name of Tops Software of Florida, LLC (formerly TOPS Software), makes community association (HOA) management software covering accounting, payments, operations and resident communication. It is sold as a subscription under a Master Subscription Agreement with annual contracts.

  2. Pricing is based on the size of the association(s) and the level of services, with a minimum monthly cost of $500 for software customers and a one-time implementation fee.[2]

  3. Enumerate requires an annual contract.[3]

  4. The Master Subscription Agreement grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services solely for the customer's internal business of providing management and communication services to its residents.[4]

  5. After the initial term the agreement renews automatically for one-year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the term ends.[5]
