Enreach

Enreach makes unified communications and contact centre software, including the Enreach Swyx PBX (SwyxWare, SwyxON), Enreach Contact and Enreach UP. Swyx products are licensed per user with option packs and per-device licences, on-premises or as cloud and rental offerings.

  1. SwyxWare user licences are counted per logged-on user, SwyxWare for DataCenter per configured user and SwyxON per ordered user; installing an option pack caps the usable user count at the number of option pack licences.[1]

  2. A user licence does not include an upgrade of the current software version.[2]

  3. Each user may log on with up to four telephony clients; each desk phone needs its own licence unless it is a SwyxPhone or a whitelisted system phone, and a desk phone licence does not include a user licence.[3]

  4. Swyx Mobile licences are single licences for users who activate the option, in addition to their user licence.[4]

  5. Option packs such as SwyxECR, SwyxRecord and SwyxMonitor require all users to be licensed, while other options are licensed per user, per phone or per configured channel.[5]

  6. Under the EULA, end customers and users may not assign or transfer the agreement or its rights to affiliates or third parties, except for licensed products; the EULA is governed by German law.[6]
