EmpowerID

EmpowerID develops identity governance and administration software, including Identity Governance and Agent Governance on its Identity Fabric, plus legacy Privileged Access and Access Management products. It is sold under enterprise contracts as SaaS or for customer-hosted deployment, and the company has been acquired by Omada.

  1. The EmpowerID Identity Fabric can run as SaaS or be deployed in the customer's data centre, private, public or sovereign cloud, always as a dedicated single-tenant environment.[1]

  2. EmpowerID announced that it has been acquired by Omada.[2]

  3. EmpowerID Privileged Access remains fully supported for customers under contract, with renewals, maintenance and expansion within existing agreements unchanged; the strategic portfolio for new programmes is Identity Governance and Agent Governance.[3]

  4. EmpowerID's website terms are a contract with The Dot Net Factory, LLC dba EmpowerID and include a binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.[4]
