PopCap Studios, maker of the Plants vs. Zombies and Bejeweled games, is presented as an EA studio on the official EA site.[1]
EA Services are licensed, not sold: EA grants a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive licence to use them for non-commercial use.[2]
Entitlements such as unlockable content, subscriptions, virtual assets and unlock or serial codes are rights EA licenses to the user; EA Virtual Currency has no monetary value, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and is non-refundable subject to the Terms of Sale.[3]
