EaseUS, a brand of Chengdu Yiwo Tech Development Co., Ltd., makes Windows and Mac utilities for data recovery, disk partitioning, backup and PC migration. Most products have a free or trial version and paid editions licensed per computer, sold as monthly, yearly or lifetime licences.

Anyone may use the free or trial version for evaluation; once registered, a licence covers use on one computer at a time and a licence is required for each machine where the program is installed.[1]
Registered products may not be rented or leased but can be permanently transferred if the recipient agrees to the licence terms, including all updates and previous versions.[2]
Data Recovery Wizard Pro for Windows is sold as one-month, one-year or lifetime-upgrade licences, each for one computer.[3]
Partition Master Professional is a single licence for 2 PCs, Server for 2 PCs/servers, Unlimited for 99 PCs/servers within one site, and Technician for 99 PCs/servers across multiple sites; only Technician permits providing technical services to clients.[4]
