e2fsprogs

e2fsprogs is the open-source set of userspace utilities for the Linux ext2, ext3 and ext4 filesystems, maintained by Theodore Ts'o. The tools are under the GNU GPL version 2, with some libraries under the LGPL, BSD-style and MIT-style licences.
