draw.io (JGraph) makes the draw.io diagramming editor, available online, as a desktop app and inside other platforms. The editor source is under the Apache License 2.0 and the published apps are free of charge.

The source code of the draw.io editor is published on GitHub under the Apache License 2.0.[1]
draw.io Ltd grants a free-of-charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use its applications for personal or business purposes.[2]
The Terms of Use also serve as the EULA for draw.io apps distributed through marketplaces such as the Microsoft Marketplace and the SharePoint Store.[3]
The draw.io apps for Atlassian Confluence and Jira are distributed by Seibert Group GmbH under a separate end-user licence agreement.[4]
Because the applications are provided free of charge, no support response or resolution time is guaranteed unless agreed separately in writing.[5]
