DocuWare
DocuWare, a subsidiary of Ricoh, makes document management and workflow automation software deployed as cloud SaaS, on-premises or hybrid. DocuWare Cloud is sold by subscription in plans defined by number of users and storage.

DocuWare Cloud is licensed on a subscription basis, with plans defined by user licences and storage, for example DocuWare Cloud 4 (4 users, 20 GB), 15 (15 users, 50 GB), 40 (40 users, 500 GB) and 100 (100 users, 1,000 GB).[1]
Every DocuWare Cloud plan includes the complete feature set, and users and storage can be extended at any time.[2]
DocuWare can be deployed as SaaS, on-premises or in a hybrid model, and the SaaS and on-premises editions share the same code base.[3]
Under the General Business Terms, on payment of the agreed licence fee DocuWare grants a non-exclusive right, transferable subject to stated conditions, to install and use the software for internal purposes.[4]
DocuWare was acquired by Ricoh in 2019 and operates as an independent, wholly owned subsidiary.[5]
