The General Terms and Conditions govern the use of all Diligent products and services and are entered into when the client purchases, accesses or uses them.[1]
Diligent grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right for Users to access the ordered services, and to install and use the applicable software, solely for the client's internal business purposes.[2]
A User's access right may be permanently transferred to another User without extra subscription fees as long as the number of Users does not exceed the number purchased and the original User no longer has access; exceeding or increasing the number of Users incurs additional fees.[3]
If the order form states no Initial Term, the Initial Term is three years; the agreement then renews automatically (for three-year Renewal Terms if none is stated) unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the term ends.[4]
Diligent does not publish list prices; its pricing page offers packages tailored to an organization's size and stage of growth on request.[5]
