Devart
Devart makes database development and connectivity tools, including the dbForge product line, ODBC drivers, SSIS components and Delphi data access components. Products are sold as per-user perpetual or subscription licences, and some editions such as dbForge Express are free.

dbForge perpetual licences are per user: each licence allows installation on one computer, and the primary user may install an additional copy on a second computer, portable device or laptop for exclusive use.[1]
The evaluation licence allows one copy to be used for 14 or 30 days; afterwards the user must buy a licence, uninstall, or switch to the Express edition.[2]
Free Express editions may be installed on an unlimited number of computers and used for commercial activities.[3]
Subscription licences are usable only during the subscription term; under a perpetual licence the product remains usable for an unlimited period, with a selected period of support and upgrades.[4]
dbForge Studio for SQL Server comes in Enterprise, Professional, Standard and Express editions, and the Express edition is activated after the trial expires.[5]
