Definely makes contract drafting and review tools for lawyers, including the Definely Review Suite (Read, Proof, Cascade), Enhance and Vault, delivered largely as Microsoft Office add-ins. Software is licensed to authorised users for a licence term with fees paid annually in advance.

Definely may offer free accounts, trial use and beta versions for a defined period, usable only during the time it designates.[3]
A separate EULA applies to Definely add-ins or connectors acquired from the Office Store, allowing installation on Windows devices affiliated with the user's Microsoft account; the app is licensed, not sold.[4]
