Decos
Decos is a Dutch developer of case-management, archiving and citizen-service software for Dutch local government, including the JOIN platform. Software is delivered on premises or in Decos-managed cloud environments under user licences with annually renewing maintenance.

The NLdigital terms and conditions apply to all Decos offers and agreements, and the Service Level Agreement sets out which services fall under its maintenance contracts.[1]
The SLA starts on the first day of software delivery, runs until 31 December of that year and then renews automatically each year; for additional user licences in an existing installation it starts when the new licence key is sent.[2]
Software can run as an on-premises installation, in a private cloud or in a shared public cloud managed by the supplier; in the shared cloud fixed update moments apply.[3]
Major releases often add new functionality that usually requires a separate licence; functionality not included in a customer's licence can be activated by purchasing a licence for it.[4]
JOIN in the cloud runs on Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service with data stored within the European Union, and Decos can also manage customers' StUF integrations and licences.[5]
