ConeXware

ConeXware, Inc. develops PowerArchiver, a Windows file compression, archiving and encryption tool. PowerArchiver is sold as perpetual per-seat licences in several editions, with a flat-fee enterprise site licence.

  1. PowerArchiver is sold under perpetual licensing with no subscriptions, in Business (US$22.95), Professional (US$34.95), Professional Toolbox (US$49.95) and Enterprise (US$59.95) per-seat editions with volume discounts.[1]

  2. Enterprise Unlimited is a flat-fee site licence starting at US$4,995 that allows new users to be added without re-licensing and has no site or country limitations.[2]

  3. PA Select is an optional plan covering upgrades, priority support and beta access, priced as a percentage of the licence price.[3]

  4. The EULA allows free use for evaluation for 30 days; continued use afterwards requires a paid licence.[4]

  5. A registered licence permits personal use on multiple computers or non-simultaneous use by multiple persons on one computer, but not both; network installations require one licence per computer, and service-bureau or ASP use is not permitted.[5]
