Comarch

Licensing at a Glance

  • Subscription
  • Capacity (data, assets, nodes)

  1. Comarch states that all of its ERP systems are available in a cloud model.[1]

  2. Comarch ERP Optima has separate price lists for companies and for accounting offices, each in a subscription and a cloud (chmurowy) variant.[2]

  3. Core Comarch ERP Optima modules (such as Finance, Logistics and Retail, in Basic and Pro versions) are priced per workstation as a monthly net subscription.[3]

  4. HR modules are priced by the number of employees handled; the number of HR users (workstations) is unlimited and does not affect the licence price.[4]

  5. The number of Pro workstations of a module cannot exceed the number of Basic workstations of that module; prices are in Polish zloty, net of 23% VAT.[5]
