Colasoft
Colasoft makes network analysis and performance monitoring software, including the Capsa network analyzer, nChronos and UPM, plus free network tools. Its products are licensed as perpetual per-machine licences with optional software maintenance.

A valid Colasoft licence is required for each individual installation, and Colasoft software is licensed as a Perpetual License.[1]
A Single Seat Perpetual License allows installation on one machine and a 5 Seat Perpetual License on five machines, each with access for an unlimited number of individuals.[2]
A licence can be moved to a different machine by uninstalling the software and reinstalling it on the new machine.[3]
Software maintenance provides priority email support, free product updates and pre-release access for a set period; maintenance renewal is available only to existing customers.[4]
Capsa Enterprise single-seat and 5-seat perpetual licences are sold with 1 year of maintenance.[5]
