CodeTwo makes email signature, autoresponder and mailbox migration software for Microsoft 365, Exchange Server and Outlook. Its flagship CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription priced per licensed user or shared mailbox.

  1. The CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 licence is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription whose cost depends on the plan and number of licences; the yearly subscription saves around 10%.[1]

  2. A licence is assigned to each user or shared mailbox whose emails are routed through the CodeTwo service (cloud signatures) or who uses the CodeTwo Outlook add-in (Outlook signatures).[2]

  3. The minimum number of licences is 10 and the minimum subscription period is one month; the price includes all features, updates and technical support.[3]

  4. The number of licences can be changed at any time in the Admin Panel; added licences are charged immediately for the remainder of the current billing cycle.[4]

  5. The 14-day trial of Email Signatures 365 is fully functional but limited to 1000 mailboxes and can be extended to up to 21 days in total.[5]
