Claris develops the FileMaker low-code application platform (FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Server, FileMaker Cloud, FileMaker Go) and Claris Connect. FileMaker Cloud is sold as per-user subscriptions billed annually, alongside self-hosted server licensing, single FileMaker Pro licences and volume and site licence agreements.

FileMaker Cloud Starter (formerly Essentials) is priced per user per month, billed annually, for 5 to 10 users only, with a hosting limit of 3 apps.[2]
FileMaker Cloud Max (formerly Standard) is priced per user per month, billed annually, for 5 to 99 users with a limit of 256 hosted apps; organisations with 100 or more users contact sales.[3]
Users who do not need to share data with others can buy a single licence of FileMaker Pro.[4]
Claris publishes a Volume License Agreement, a Site License Agreement, an Annual Volume Licensing Agreement and an Annual Site License Agreement, plus product licences such as the FileMaker Pro EULA.[5]
