Burli Software

Burli Software develops newsroom systems for radio and broadcast news operations, including Burli Newsroom, Burli NE and Burli NewsHub. Its software is sold per workstation, with support and upgrades included in the licensing terms and pricing provided on quotation.

Licensing at a Glance

  • Per device

  1. Burli is sold on a per-workstation basis, with all standard features normally included.[1]

  2. Burli's licensing terms include complete support service and software upgrades; installation and training packages are tailored to each client.[2]

  3. Pricing is not published; it is obtained from Burli's reseller network, its sales department or a request-a-quote form.[3]

  4. Qualified educational institutions can obtain Burli at a fraction of the usual price, and discounts are offered to many not-for-profit and volunteer broadcasters, subject to conditions.[4]

  5. Burli supplies only the newsroom software, not computer hardware; workstations run on standard Windows PCs and there are no Mac, iOS or Linux versions.[5]
