The Bottomline Software Terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, fee-bearing licence to install and use on-premise software for the term set in an order form, in line with the number of licences purchased and for internal business purposes only.[1]
On-premise software may be used only on the server or PC hardware on which it has been activated or installed with Bottomline's authorisation (the "Designated Equipment"), and Bottomline supplies activation keys where required.[2]
Customers may not use the products in a way intended to avoid exceeding usage or transaction limits, or to build a similar or competitive application.[3]
Under the SaaS Terms, Global Payments Hub & Cash Management subscriptions auto-renew for successive one-year terms unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 180 days before expiry, and fees are invoiced annually.[4]
