- Automation and Studio (PaaS) support. Bizagi supports each Automation Services and Studio Cloud Services release for 24 months after general availability, after which it reaches end of support and receives no patches or updates. [1]
- On-premises end of life. When a Bizagi Automation Server or Studio on-premises version reaches end of life, no further technical support is provided. [1]
- Notification of changes. End-of-life and end-of-support dates are published on the vendor site at least 12 months in advance, and the vendor may change them; the dates on its lifecycle page are the official ones. [1]
