Bee360 makes a SaaS platform for strategic portfolio management, IT financial management and enterprise architecture management. It is provided as a subscription under standard General SaaS Terms and Conditions, with usage rights scoped by agreed licence parameters such as managed budget.

  1. Bee360 publishes standard General SaaS Terms and Conditions (under English, German and Delaware law), a service level agreement and support guide instead of agreeing individual contract changes.[1]

  2. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the product within the agreed licence parameters (for example managed budget), for the term of the agreement and the customer's agreed business purposes.[2]

  3. Bee360 may check compliance with the agreed scope of use, typically once per calendar year; if a check finds overuse, the customer pays for the check and must buy additional licences.[3]

  4. If the agreed budget is exceeded, the fee is adjusted to the current price list from the following contract year.[4]

  5. The contract term is one year and renews automatically for another year unless terminated in writing at least three months before the end of the current term.[5]
