• Subscription

1. The Legal Terms and Conditions become binding when a customer accepts a quote, order or online checkout, or downloads, installs, accesses or uses any product or service; a separately signed agreement controls in case of conflict.^[1]

2. Unless the quote or product guide says otherwise, software and hosted services are sold as subscriptions for the term shown, and added subscriptions are co-termed at the existing per-unit price, prorated.^[2]

3. Subscriptions renew automatically for a period equal to the expiring term at the list price then in effect, unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the term ends; reduced renewal volumes may be repriced.^[3]

4. Products are provided for the customer's internal business use within usage limits set in the quote or product guide; if a customer does not return to compliance within 30 days of an over-use notice, it must order the additional quantities.^[4]

5. Unless the quote states otherwise, fees are invoiced in advance and payable within 30 days of the invoice date.^[5]
