  1. balenaCloud's first ten devices are always free; paid Prototype, Pilot and Production plans include 30, 60 and 110 devices respectively, and Enterprise is priced by contacting sales.[1]

  2. Additional devices cost $3 per device per month on Prototype and $2 per device per month on Pilot, Production and Enterprise, with credits available for volume discounts.[2]

  3. Additional users are priced by role: Observer (read-only) seats are free, Operator seats are $29 and Developer and Admin seats are $49 per user per month.[3]

  4. balenaEtcher is described as free and open source to use and is maintained by balena staff with community contributions.[4]
