- Cloud Support. Each Appian Cloud release has a published support expiration date, and support covers defect corrections and security updates. [1]
- Self-Managed Support. Self-managed releases are issued quarterly, and the periods of security fixes and defect remediation depend on the customer's Success Plan. [2]
- Solutions support. Appian provides 12 months of product support for each out-of-the-box Solution version from its general availability date. [3]
