AdRem Software

AdRem Software is the publisher of NetCrunch, an agentless network monitoring system. NetCrunch is licensed per monitored node, as an annual subscription or a perpetual licence.

  1. NetCrunch is licensed per node, where a node is any monitored device, VM or cloud service; each node licence includes one interface, and extra interfaces are licensed separately.[1]

  2. NetCrunch is sold in Professional and Enterprise editions, each available as a subscription or perpetual licence; an Ultimate tier is an annual subscription quoted per customer.[2]

  3. A subscription is annual and covers support, updates and cloud services; a perpetual licence includes three years of support, updates and cloud services, after which the upgrade subscription can be renewed for new versions.[3]

  4. Cloud-based features require an active upgrade subscription, including on perpetual licences, and the licence size can be changed at any renewal.[4]

  5. AdRem's website terms state that software licensing is governed by separate agreements, with the EULA taking precedence over order acknowledgements, support rules and commercial purchase terms.[5]
