• Release support period. For each upgrade release Acumatica announces a support period and expected retirement date; in most cases each upgrade release is supported for 18 months and then retired. [1]
• Patch release policy. Scheduled patches end about 12 months after a release (2025 R1 by May 26, 2026; 2025 R2 around October 2026; 2026 R1 around April 2027; 2026 R2 around October 2027), after which only on-demand patches for critical issues are provided and releases remain supported. [2]
