ACTIWARE

The ACTIWARE group, whose ACTIWARE Development GmbH develops the ACTIWARE.IO no-code platform, makes enterprise content services, document processing and process automation software. Standard software is licensed for a fee under its general terms, tied to the systems named in the order.

  1. ACTIWARE Development GmbH develops standard products and delivers them as Windows setups, Docker images or for cloud operation.[1]

  2. On payment of the agreed fee, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software and documentation; the fee for standard software is the licence fee stated in the order.[2]

  3. The software may be used only on the data processing unit named in the order; use on other units, and any network or multi-user use, needs written consent.[3]

  4. Enlarging the customer's computer system or changing the computer requires a new licence contract.[4]

  5. The usage licence is conditional on payment; if the customer does not pay after a reminder, ACTIWARE may prohibit use and require deletion of the software.[5]
