ACCA software

ACCA software is an Italian publisher of BIM and construction software such as Edificius, EdiLus, PriMus and the usBIM platform. Paid products are licensed as fixed-period subscriptions, alongside 30-day trials, freeware titles and educational licences.

  1. Paid software is licensed under a Fixed Period User License granted by subscription for the period of the chosen plan; the service period starts on the activation date recorded by ACCA's remote server.[1]

  2. When virtualization is used, each virtual device and the physical device are treated as separate devices; remote access is allowed provided the licensed installation is not used locally by another user at the same time.[2]

  3. Trial versions are full-featured but limited to 30 days from installation and may not be used for professional purposes; use after 30 days requires a purchased licence.[3]

  4. Freeware titles are distributed without a licence fee but remain ACCA property under the licence agreement, and redistributing them for payment is forbidden.[4]

  5. Educational licences are restricted to students and accredited schools and universities for educational purposes only; commercial or professional use in the workplace is forbidden.[5]
