Absolute's Master Subscription Agreement (agreement version date 19 July 2022) grants customers a right, during the Subscription Term, to use software or the hosted service as set out in the Order Form.[1]
The MSA prohibits selling, sublicensing, transferring, assigning, leasing or renting any product or rights to it.[2]
Under the Secure Endpoint Products Addendum, customers may enrol devices up to the number of subscriptions on the Order Form; per-user subscriptions allow devices of authorised users up to a documented per-user maximum.[3]
Subscriptions for different Secure Endpoint editions cannot be exchanged, and the agent must be removed and the device unenrolled before a device is sold or transferred.[4]
Volume Subscriptions, such as Enterprise or Site Subscriptions with a single annual term, are governed by a separate Volume Subscription Addendum.[5]
