
Ableton
Ableton develops the Live music production software, Ableton Note and Push and Move hardware. Live is sold as Intro, Standard and Suite editions under a licence tied to a User Account, with free trial, Lite and OEM versions and educational pricing.

Live 12 is sold in three editions: Intro, Standard and Suite; Live Suite can also be bought through a rent-to-own plan of 24 monthly payments.[1]
The EULA grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to use Ableton products on the licensee's computer or on a file server for local use within the licensee's network, provided the product is used on only one device at a time.[2]
Products protected by account-based licence management must be registered to a User Account to receive an unlock key, and the User Account may not be transferred without Ableton's consent.[3]
A licence may be transferred as a whole to another person if the seller stops using the product and the buyer accepts the EULA; NFR licences cannot be transferred, and Free Versions only with Ableton's consent.[4]
A Trial Version may be used once per user and per hardware device.[5]
Free Versions include OEM versions, which are free modified versions supplied with third-party hardware, and Trial Versions.[6]
