3T Software Labs, based in Berlin, makes Studio 3T, a desktop IDE for MongoDB, and related data tools. Studio 3T Desktop IDE is sold as annual per-user subscriptions in Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise tiers.

  1. Studio 3T Desktop IDE is priced per user per year in Professional and Ultimate plans, with custom pricing and volume licensing on the Enterprise plan; teams of more than 20 users can request a quote.[1]

  2. The Desktop IDE is billed yearly only, and annual licences do not auto-renew.[2]

  3. The paid-editions EULA grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during the subscription period, with the number of Authorised Users set by the user subscriptions purchased.[3]

  4. Use is limited to the customer’s internal business purposes or Authorised Users’ personal use, and the software may not be used to provide services to third parties.[4]

  5. 3T may audit software usage no more than once per quarter at its own expense, and any underpaid subscription fees found must be paid within 30 days.[5]
