Oracle Hospitality Cruise Fleet Management (FMS)
Oracle Hospitality Cruise Fleet Management System is a shoreside application that gives a cruise operator's headquarters near real-time hospitality KPIs across its fleet. Onboard transactions are logged automatically and sent to headquarters at user-defined intervals, where basic statistical, revenue, shore excursion and demographic analysis is available. It also includes ResOnline, which transfers reservation data from shoreside systems to ships.
