Oracle Communications Service Broker
Oracle Communications Service Broker is a carrier-class platform with an open architecture for integrating communications networks and services. In release 6.1 documentation it comprises Service Controller for real-time service orchestration and protocol mediation, Online Mediation Controller for connecting networks to online charging systems, and Policy Controller for network, subscriber and service policies. It is deployed by communications service providers moving from legacy infrastructure to IP-based networks.
