- Cloud ERP has three licence types
- An operator cannot be both a Named user and a Service account
- Partner users must be Service accounts with a valid AD account
- e.net operators must not be set as named users
- Allow concurrent use controls extra licence consumption
- Concurrent use does not apply to e.net or Cloud ERP
- Each e.net named user consumes one licence whether or not logged in
- Guest users are counted in a 30 minute window
- Re-logging within 30 minutes consumes another licence
