- Purchased AI capacity is tied to the subscription, non-transferable and non-refundable

- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at then-current fees
- Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually
- Fee changes apply from the next Billing Cycle
- No refunds or credits for partially used periods or unused capacity
- On cancellation the account converts to Free at the end of the Billing Cycle
- Fees overdue 30 days can limit, suspend or downgrade the account
- Free Subscriptions unused for 12 months may be terminated
- The Terms of Service do not apply to enterprise-tier services
- Superhuman Platform Inc. is the contracting entity, formerly Grammarly, Inc.
- Beta Services carry no support or liability
